Nature of the sale

RaceLoops is an occasional sale of collectible items (keychains) run by a private individual, with no registered company structure. VAT invoices are not issued. If you need proof of purchase, contact us by WhatsApp or email.

Personal data

The data you give us when buying or getting in touch (name, email, phone, shipping address) is used only to handle your order and reply to you. It is not shared with third parties beyond what is needed for shipping (courier) and payment (payment gateway).

Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe. We never store your card details.

Returns

If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48h of delivery and we will sort it out.
